ChiChi's is a local NYC studio. We currently do not ship via mail. All orders are fulfilled through local pickup or delivery within New York City and surrounding boroughs.
Pickup
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time and location that works for you. Pickup is free and available 7 days a week by appointment.
We'll send you a notification with order-ready details as soon as your items are complete.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within NYC. Delivery availability and any applicable fee will be discussed when you place your order. Contact us to confirm your delivery area.
Turnaround Times
- —Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
- —Custom orders: 7–10 business days after design approval
- —Bulk / team orders: Timeline discussed at time of quote
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order and personalized, we do not accept general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, we will remake it at no cost to you.
Please inspect your item at pickup or upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues at hello@chichis.online.
